Finally bought this Tv set a week ago and i am thoroughly satisfied. For the price this one is not passed up. I stood back and looked at what I wanted from a TV this also one what you need perfectly. I did not need Animations or web surfing so UN55D6000 I transferred the other types. I explored the whole flashlighting matter thoroughly before you make the purchase, and yes, there is a little flashlighting present, however it is barely noticeable with a fully black screen…..I’d never have let this minor matter sway me in my determination, just look around the web pertaining to proper settings and the flashlighting issue will be minimal. The audio is also very good for the design of this TV (super thin, rear-facing speakers) I was quite amazed. The picture quality as mentioned by many people previous evaluators is absolutely beautiful; Samsung Led lights are certainly industry leaders in that accord, I became blown away through the clarity from the picture. We mainly ordered this Television for game playing, and it contains the job done….It really is almost difficult to play the game simply because they are so much sharper now, I am just too active taking in landscape to be frustrated with all of the principal points whizzing by simply. Crystal clear and liquid movements…looks incredible.

To sum up the review Let me mention that I am no A/V lover, and for your average person We are thoroughly pleased with this Tv set. I find it rather easy to overlook the edge light bleeding since it’s Hardly noticeable. And for someone that hasn’t absorbed themselves directly into fancy sound system and high-dollar multichannel surround sound systems their entire life Let me say the sound from this Television set is definitely as well as expected. Would I order one of these yet again? Absolutely.

After my personal encounter with the Sharp’s ineffective and unprofessional Sharp LC40LE835U customer satisfaction (they hung up upon me) the saturation point was attained. In addition, today Razor-sharp announced that the fresh firmware update is available, yet I’m (not only myself) UNABLE to download the idea. Without a new up-date I’m unable to observe any apps which include Netflix. The previous update worked properly, however this does not work. This really is annoying.

First impressions — Overall first perception is I am happy with my decision to purchase this TV on the Samsung 8000/7000 Series LED and Plasma. I am not a fan of LCD/LED smoothing techniques.

SHIPPING was sluggish considering I obtained it on Mondy and the first available date was Wednesday and after going through the tracking it began on the other side of the metropolis. (I might have been able to call them and get it earlier but I didn’t check tracking right up until Friday). They unboxed the actual beast and put the idea on the included stand and lifted this onto our Leisure Center. It has silicone pads on the bottom from the stand so you might desire to put felt shields on the bottom if you want to arrive at the back. I decided to help keep the box they would have taking it aside if I did not need it. If you hang this kind of TV make sure you support it correctly using a massive mount, sheetrock by itself will not hold it.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS it was a little grainy initially when i first turned it on, but I have not seen that after the create screens. The screen size is MASSIVE and the wine glass panel anti-glare is very nice (freaked out about scratches). The supply guys left hand smudges on the wine glass which they told me many times their sorry and make sure I use a micro-fiber cloth to remove these people. I used the AR glass spray from our glasses and its cloth and it came away from without scratches.

Initial Blu-Ray movie was surprisingly clear. I started up 24p playback and startup the TV for THX monitor mode no other modifications. My only additional HD TV is an previous 42 LCD with its best feature is changing the screen Panasonic VIERA TC-P55VT30 facet ratio, so it’s night and day between the two Tv sets. I did notice not having the TV in THX setting the screen does fluctuate brightness if people are moving in the room or someone activates the light in the additional room. So far the fluctuation in settings (which I have seen is a problem in almost every Television that is “ECO” friendly has this problem) has not been as well distracting and will seem to make the picture look a little dimmer than I would like.
After i have more time to use the online tools I am going to post more. The only issue I saw with internet “Viera” is to make sure the Wi-Fi adapter is as far as possible from the TV; I had some interconnection issues when it has been sitting next to the Television.

I’ve had this specific TV for about 5 1/2 months now along with am still thrilled with it. I had been looking at a 42″ 720p Panasonic with IPTV features for about $700, but when My partner and i looked at my fresh living room, it was only going to be too small. So I shopped some more determined this 51″ beauty pertaining to $650.

I’ve never seen images this good that I can remember. The colors are perfect, the blacks are usually deep, the watching angle doesn’t remove Samsung PN51D450 until you’re guiding the TV, the audio is good. If this Tv set gives up anything to any 1080p unit, I can’t explain to. I’ve seen some (expensive) 1080p units that were only flat out disappointing as well as distracting to watch. No such complaints using this TV. It has every one of the sharpness of HD with all the richness of a tv TV.

One genuine detractor: glare is a problem in the daytime in case you have a lot of windows, however it is not enough of a dilemma to make me require a different TV.

I did a lot of research on all Hd tvs before buying this style. I’ve had acquire for 6 months no problems. It’s great specifically for those that want to up grade from the old tube tv to this Whirlpool 42LK520. It does have a large amount of nice features nevertheless is also very simple and may last a long time.

I found out that the new LED versions are just LCD High definition tvs with an LED back again light that might burn up faster than a regular LCD HDTV thus that’s one of the reasons precisely why I chose this model.

The 1080pixel with the 120hz movement is the best way to go as you will get a very clear photo without any tracers that you might acquire with a 720p/60hz or 1080p/60hz so I highly recommend this LG HDTV with the 1080p/120hz. LG is one of the best Hd tv makers on the market. (Don’t buy a Vizio, Phillips or Magnavox,(Phillips has Magnavox now) they’re all rubbish)!

I actually bought the LG 42LK520 from target.com and chosen it up at the store within 24 hours for $598.00 on discount sales.

From all the critiques I read it seems that men and women got confused with the way the energy saver mode performs, it’s very easy to either transform down to the lowest environment so it doesn’t get too dark or you can turn it off completely for standard illumination, there’s a green power mode button for the remote that allows you to swiftly adjust it.

All in all this model is right for people that don’t want to wreak havoc on a smart wifi world wide web connected HDTV however, you can use this the particular 42LK520 as a PC keep track of and connect a universal serial bus device so that is certainly 47LK520 cool. It has Several HDMI ports, coaxial cable port, usb vent, pc vga port, sound ports, manual management buttons on the appropriate side of the system and good dimensions remote with simplink.

We have no idea how they undertake it but we observed ourselves turning our heads to look to the side or behind us at certain times in movies or even watching sports when you listen to voices and looks coming from different recommendations. That’s awesome!

The one reason I ranked 4 stars rather than 5 is that we just used the TV for two main weeks before the lamp blew out. I’m hoping this is simply because of shipping, packaging, storage, etc. Proceeded [...] and bought new under manufacturer’s warranty. Shipping in four business days. When not under warranty (1yr), the lights cost $100.

After owning this TV (60″ model) for several weeks now I will say I’m delighted overall. When I viewed the TV out of the box with all the factory default options I was very unsatisfied and thought I will have to return it. The picture was darker and the brightness would change back and forth from lighting to dark. After playing with the options a bit we were able to fix these issues. The image quality is much better compared to the DLP TV that replaced. The greens are TC-P50S30 black as well as the colors are much more crisp. I don’t have got BluRay so I don’t know how it looks completely 1080p, but I’m delighted with the quality via my cable link. Some comments grumble about the amount of high temperature the unit generates, however i haven’t noticed a problem with that even when adding my hand right in the TV. The one thing one does need to keep in mind before choosing this TV (or even any plasma My partner and i imagine) is glare. Your screen is almost just like a mirror. If you have the bright room you might be unhappy. Not that you need to keep the room pitch black, but the much more light you have coming in the more likely you are to discover some reflections on the watch’s screen. I do plan on having the extended warranty. I’m not sure if plasmas tend to split any more than LCD’s or DLP’s. My Samsung DLP broke 4 times in the A few years I owned it. The last time it ended up being out of warranty and i also wasn’t going to shell out money to have someone emerge to look at it and after that hundreds more to solve it.

The LG 47LV5500 being better than I expected so that it is when I purchased it. The actual Smart home screen is extremely good way to organize everything I use the TV pertaining to on a daily basis. Being able to supply Netflix, MLB.tv set and access movies/music/pictures coming from my WD MyBook hard drive signifies I was able to entirely replace my WD Television Live Plus along with my HDMI connection to my computer. It’s all regulated 42LV5500 in the TV now!

The TV is extremely skinny. About 1.2″ thicker. It’s a great picture if you turn off TruMotion with regard to movies. Still looks a little stuttery with sports however it definitely makes for a new crisp picture if you use it. Still experimenting with picture adjustments but the defaults operate fine for now.

Disadvantages: I’ve only shopped the LG programs but they seem largely geared towards family/kids and not all of that useful yet. With luck , they can add something that will allow me to test stocks at a glance or maybe sync with a personalized calendar? There’s no Pandora access from the Television set which my WD Tv set Live DID get so that was a stage backwards. When you’re driving via DLNA you can’t adjust how the files exhibit. The default show only shows the first 12-13 characters so long titles are hard to read. Also, there’s no flash abilities in the web browser. This wonderful time remote is enjoyable and convenient to use yet doesn’t work inside of Blockbuster online even though it works inside MLB.tv. Also it’s very easy to ruin the alignment from the magic remote. Even so, it’s equally as simple to realign it i really guess we’ll contact that a wash. Lastly, HDMI cables inside HDMI ports don’t appear to clip throughout like my previous LG tv do. Doesn’t give you which satisfying “it’s in” sound or perhaps feel.

While I won’t obtain so technical similar to many of the reviewers here, let me say I’m very pleased with this The product. It changed a still-working-fine Sony Bravia 52XBR4. I bought the KDL55HX820 because of the slimness and the updated capabilities (compared to my Bravia). We placed the order with Amazon on a Mon morning and the television, delivered by CEVA Strategies Freight, was on my wall by Wednesday afternoon. CEVA in Ohio was a pleasure to use and the driver not just carrier the tv in the, but made sure this worked properly prior to leaving.

The picture is razor-sharp from every position of the room. It required no modifications. We did have trouble with the Comcast HD-DVR box for the reason that the Comcast DCT6412 had no (doing work) HDMI interface along with required component relationship. When Sony says they have “component hybrid,Inches it really means these people have a dongle that dangles from the sleek television that you put the component connects to. Awful! It also couldn’t carry the signal of the Comcast DCT6412. Luckily, My partner and i live a mile from your Comcast office and 48 hours later, swapped my DCT6412 for a newer DCT3416. My partner and i plugged the High-definition multimedia interface in and all was perfect.

On the same notice, lack of component advices, I was forced to move our Nintendo Wii to my bedroom Sony 32EX500. Your Wii does not have a chance to connect except together with component cables. I still have an X-Box Three hundred sixty and a PS3, along with an iPad connected to the brand-new tv via the 4 HDMI inputs.

The sound is not as robust as that of my previous Bravia. I don’t only use my home theater (Polk Audio center station + 4 Bose speakers + JBL powered 10″ sub-woofer) for Sony BRAVIA KDL46HX820 normal tv set watching, however, it is nearly a necessity for good sound. I do not have a big living room, so if you do, this might be a consideration ahead of purchasing this tv set.

My home has a cellular network and making the connection between the KDL55HX820 had been very easy. The tv found the network instantly and once the circle password was came into, it joined. The only real flaw with using the tv to surf the net is that it is VERY tough, nearly impossible, to find their way using the supplied The remote. It needs any keyboard to be a enjoyable, easy experience. Velocity has not been an issue even though may depend on your online provider. I have AT&T U-Verse 24MB (reasonably 16-18MB) internet. If you are in slower DSL, you might have a problem.

I purchased this particular tv for $1749 coming from Amazon. It was my personal first BIG purchase/major electronics purchase from Amazon. My partner and i saved over $500 from my cheapest electronics retailer in Miami. I really could not be more happy with the entire buying/delivery process not with this Sony KDL55HX820.

This set is a nice good set using pretty good image quality. I was lucky but happened to be one with no Flashlighting with out clouding. From the thread about AVSForum com those A couple of issues plague quite a number TC-L32DT30 of the 2011 sets via various manufacturers.

Total I was quite satisfied with the 3D within Avatar, most other motion pictures look little better than 2D converted to 3 dimensional but I attribute this towards the quality of the material staying produced by the movie market. 3D demos coming from nVidia via PC looked great and really jumped so the set is useful in that respect.

2D to be able to 3D conversion on the whole works OK. This tends to make some problems on Landscape kind scenes and will better with decorations although shadows and dark areas still seem way out of spot at times. It is quite crystal clear some eggheads worked on getting the human form to convert from 2D to be able to 3D pretty well however as people often look good.

One major reason for this purchase has been gaming and for that this extremely low enter lag makes this a great set.

The image quality is very great with deep greens and good coloration with just one concern.

Now on to that single issue. In house this set can a very poor alteration to 4:Only two:0 Chroma Subsampling even when given a feed that is pure RGB or one specified because 4:4:Four. There is no way to eliminate this downsampling that occurs this means you will damage colors which use red and/or blue whenever next to each other as well as black. Panasonic support affirms there are no service menu options for disabling this downsampling as well.

Most of the time this particular downsampling issue will not be discovered (most TV, Dvd movie, most Bluray content material). However, when using Panasonic’s personal high end DMP-BDT350 bluray person and I would imagine several of their various other lower end units that come with the “High Precision Four:4:4″ Chroma Sampling with regard to “More Vibrant, Smooth and Truthful Color Reproduction” this is often noticed on occasion. This will also be noticed when utilizing gaming consoles such as Ps3 slim and Xbox 360. Additionally it is noticeable with a Home entertainment PC and even the particular WDTV Live Plus. It does not take worst when Red-colored or Blue text is on a dark background. I’ve in addition noticed it through laser grids in a few movies (like when you see those red collections for laser protection). Note: output in the same exact devices to your Sharp LC-32GP3U and even a low-cost 22″ Insignia did not have this Chroma Subsampling down sample issue through the same sources. This challenge occurs regardless of enter used, options chosen, and as previously defined is impossible to avoid based on tier 3 support from Panasonic (which required 4 days to be able to call me back).

Overall this is a great set for the price together with 3D in this dimensions range. It has 1 very disappointing flaw especially considering Panasonic of their bluray player line have been since 2010 touting the value of correct color reproduction. This flaw from things i have read affects all of the 2010 and 2011 sets across the LCD and Plasma outlines from Panasonic and is probable related to one of the digesting chips they select.
